Meet Mega Minnie, a 9 year old Chihuahua who weighs about 13lbs. Truth be told, she’s significantly overweight & should weigh between 7/8lbs. This girl has my heart & is a lover for sure. She was pulled from Burlington County Animal Shelter and was one of approx 50 dogs part of a hoarding situation. She enjoys the company of other dogs, doesn’t seem to mind cats & has adjusted to her foster home quickly. Mega Minnie is housebroken & will go to the door when she has to potty. She has adjusted well to crate training & walks good on a leash. Mega Minnie has a fatty lump on her chest which our rescue vet assessed & said it’s just a fatty lump & to leave it alone. (When you try to remove them, it stimulates growth & they grow with a vengeance). She also has a couple older lady skin tags on her front leg which are noted but not of concern. Her ideal home will have someone home most of the time, and at least 1 other dog friendly, social dog. Mega Minnie is fully vetted, spayed, heart-worm negative & microchipped. She is currently being fostered in Wrightstown, NJ & approved applicants should plan on meeting Mega Minnie in Burlington County, NJ.
