Darling Oakley was found in a backyard in Bensonhurst during a large TNR project a few blocks away. Oakley had 6 one-week old kittens when found, and luckily they had a dedicated feeder to ensure they were kept safe until rescued. Oakley is approximately 3 years old, and has had several litters prior, all of whom were sadly given away. This will be Oakleys last and final litter - she looks forward to a life of leisure; gazing out windows, making biscuits on fleece blankets, and flopping over for belly rubs. Shes been the most wonderful mother to her babies and has put up with so much manhandling while going through ringworm treatment, but through it all, she has continued to chirp for attention, belly rubs, and chin scratches. She adores her window perch, and plays gently with her babies, who are now 8 weeks old. She loves wand toys, and is highly food motivated. She would do wonderfully as a solo cat vying for all of your attention, or would be happy to have a feline friend, as long as introduced properly. Oakley is up to date on vaccines, spayed, microchipped, FIV and FeLV negative, and has been treated for fleas and parasites. Note that Oakley is currently eating a special limited ingredient diet which is what she will need moving forward. If you have any questions, please ask!
