Penny, 7 years old, and her siblings Pippi and Bert were surrendered due to their owners old age and inability to care for them. They are starting to come out for attention and really love each other. Penny especially enjoys head scratches and will push her head into your hand to make sure she gets her pets from you. from their foster: They are a classic extrovert/introvert pair. Pippi is always out and about and will come up on my lap and help me work by keeping my keyboard warm. She also likes to sleep with or near me. Penny on the other hand only comes out when she wants attention or its time to eat. She may run if I approach her hiding place, but if she is okay with attention, shell stay. When she does want attention, she wants a lot of it all at once. Fosters are like bridges between high kill shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save cats and dogs before they are euthanized at the shelters.
