*** If you have any questions or would like to meet any of our adoptable cats, email catadoptions@nawsus.org. Please include a cell number and check your SPAM folder if you do not receive a timely response. Julie is a 4-year old beauty that was rescued from an animal control in Kentucky where she was scheduled to be euthanized. She made the long trip north to NAWS to be safe and have a second chance at a good life. Julie has been living in one of our wonderful foster homes. When she first arrived, she was sweet but a bit feisty at times. Not anymore! She has decided that life in a loving home suits her! Her foster indicate that she is now a cuddle bug that wants pets all the time. She is playful. Julie tries to play with the resident cats in her foster humor, but sadly they are not interested. She lives comfortably with a dog. Julie has attended a few of our adoption events but doesn’t always show her fun personality because she is stressed - this is not uncommon for cats that live in foster homes and come to our busy rescue setting for a day. She hopes to find an adopter that understands and is willing to be patient with her until she adjusts to a new home as well. Once she is comfortable, she will be a devoted companion and show her sweet and lovable personality. Want to help care for her while she waits to find her forever home? You can be a "Sponsor!" Click on the "sponsor" button on this profile and your one-time donation will be used for vital everyday essentials such as her food, litter and medical care! Thank you for helping save lives! All NAWS cats are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on vaccines. A Cat Adoption Application is required should you decide you’d like to apply to adopt a NAWS cat. Please complete and submit the application electronically on our website at http://www.nawsus.org.
