*** If you have any questions or would like to meet any of our adoptable cats, please email catadoptions@nawsus.org. This is the easiest way to reach us. Please include a cell number and check your SPAM folder if you do not receive a timely response. This lovely girl is Lollipop. She is an affectionate and sweet girl that savors the quiet moments. She can be a little shy and skittish is a busy atmosphere and would do best in a more peaceful home - perhaps a companion for a senior or a lovable roommate for someone that lives alone? Lollipop made the long trip to NAWS from Kansas where she was on the euthanasia list in a high kill shelter. She has been living in one of our wonderful foster homes while waiting to be adopted. According to her foster, Lollipop shows her sweet nature best at night, when she snuggles on her foster’s pillow for cuddles, pets and love. When there is a lot of activity in the house, she tends to hide until it quiets down. She lives with other cats with no issues. She loves to sit in the window and watch the birds and outside world. Do you have a quiet home where this sweet girl can thrive? Give her time to adjust and she will likely form a precious bond with her adopter. She will be grateful and devoted to someone who makes her feel safe and loved. All NAWS cats are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped and up to date on vaccines. A Cat Adoption Application is required should you decide you’d like to apply to adopt a NAWS cat. Please complete and submit the application electronically on our website at http://www.nawsus.org.
