Neobella is an absolutely stunning cat that came all the way from Kuwait to find her forever home. When she arrived her hair was patchy, but now she is as beautiful as they come, as you can see. She’s somehow been waiting over a year for the right home. After time, she adapts to other cats in home.  Very loving cat, will chat with you!
