Little Miss Cleo came to us from a local shelter, after being there for nearly 2 months without anyone claiming her. The shelter thought she was 5-6 yrs old, but her teeth say she is younger than that--2 and a half -3 yrs. Since she was a "stray", we dont know much about this little Bulldog/Boxer mix. What we do know is that she is happy, healthy, athletic, loves to be with people, and gets along well with other dogs. While at the shelter, Cleo had developed an eye ulcer, which had ruptured by the time Bulldog Rescue picked her up. We removed her eye, and now she is feeling fantastic. Cleo is a fairly high energy girl, but she is a quite smart and athletic little thing, and can do a lot of stuff--running/hiking buddy, could do agility--she has a ton of potential, and will make someone who has a lot of patience a terrific companion! She is working on her manners, but since she seems to have never learned any, she is eager and willing to get started. It has been a lonnnnngggg summer for this girl, and she is so ready to have a home and people of her own, that care about her. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. And, besides all that, you cant look at this girl and not smile... CLEO REALLY REALLY REALLY wants a home of her own--her adoption fee is negotiable to the right home.
