Description:
11 month old Candy is an adorable girl who found herself alone and unwanted at a public animal shelter. Due to shelter overcrowding, her life was in danger, so GSROC stepped in to save her.

Candy likes other dogs and is always ready to make friends. She loves to attend adoption events and meet new people. Our volunteers are working with her to help her learn important puppy skills.

Please remember, as sweet as Candy is, she still needs training to develop into the adult dog everyone will admire. She deserves to find a family that will be dedicated to continuing her training and socialization.

Please remember, while puppies are very cute and endearing, they need training, love, and patience to become wonderful adults. They are cute and cuddly but also full of energy. It is a lifelong commitment and one that needs to be carefully thought out. As cute as they are - puppies demand a large investment of time, patience, and training. They are inquisitive, have endless energy and get into just about everything.

PLEASE NOTE: PUPPIES ARE SHOWN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. THEY DO NOT COME TO ADOPTION EVENTS. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION AND A COUNSELOR WILL CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY. THANK YOU!

Please go to our website and complete an adoption application at:

An adoption counselor will contact you to go over your application and assist you in determining which dog may be best for your particular situation.
