My name is Layla and I arrived at AGPR in August 2022. And then I presented the wonderful humans at AGPR with 13 puppies about a month later. SURPRISE!!! I was only 2 years old at the time ad very confused and anxious about what was going on. So glad that there was lots of help and everyone was so kind and loving. Im a little nervous around men and will take a little time to warm up. But ladies with lots of love in their hearts are my favorite. And, shhhhh, this is a secret...I give awesome hugs. My paws go up on your shoulders and I truly enjoy it when you put her forehead on mine and tell me how much you love me. Im looking for a calm house filled with patience and love. Ill need some extra TLC and am hoping that there will be someone home a good portion of the day to spoil me. Oh, before I forget, I AM NOT FOND OF CATS!!!!! THEY SCARE ME! All Great Pyrenees require a fenced-in yard (at least four foot high). If you have questions about the breed or our adoption policies and procedures, please go to our website at www.agprescue.org. Theres plenty of good information about the breed on our website - Pyrs arent a breed for everyone! Our adoption application is online: http://agprescue.org/adoption-application/agpr-application-donations/ Please note that we are a small regional rescue organization. We will consider adopting to families within a four to five hour drive to Richmond, VA
