Description:
Are you looking for a sweet, lovable, cuddly girl? Yes?! Let us introduce you to Maddie! She is a 1 year old, 55 lb Lab mix. Maddie is a perfect companion for walks in the park or playtime in the yard. She will bring a smile of joy to your face the minute you meet her!

Maddie can be a little shy at first, but warms up quickly. She did not understand being inside when she first came to her foster home. With love and patience she now will go in and out without any worries. She loves cuddles on the couch and thinks birds are super interesting.

Maddie is very smart and a quick learner. In the short time that she has been with her foster family she has learned to sit, lay down and shake. Maddie is crate trained although she is reluctant to go inside unless it is dinner time. She is house trained and goes out on a leash to potty.

Maddie has two foster siblings of the feline variety that she is a little too interested in. Because of this we do not recommend a home with cats. But Maddie loves her dog friends and would be a great companion.

Maddie is very gentle with children and generally likes all humans and is very good in social situations. She would be a great companion for an active family.

If you are interested in giving Maddie the permanent, loving home that she deserves, please fill out an application at the link below to get the ball rolling on a meet and greet.
