Shasta is a dog that came into rescue from a commercial breeder.  She is estimated to be about 4 years old and weighs 7 pounds.
Shasta has been spayed, had all of her vaccinations updated, and appears to be healthy.  She is working on house training and currently uses pee pads or goes out into our fenced yard.
Like many dogs coming from a breeder, Shasta has a lot to learn about being a pet.  She is very sweet and interested in living with humans, but will require a lot of love and patience to become a perfect pet.
She is  small and a little shy, so we think a home with no young children would be best.  Older, calm, loving children would be fiine.
