If you would like to meet Madison, please read through her full bio, then visit our website to review our adoption process and requirements and to schedule an on-site appointment. Madison came to us a pregnant momma, left behind in a closed bathroom when her owners moved out. Who does this kind of thing you ask - we ask that, too! Madison had her babies but unfortunately only one survived - stuck in a bathroom for days without any food or water, its no surprise to us that her babies suffered for it. Were grateful that we were able to assist this young momma and help her one surviving baby to thrive (and is being adopted!). So, that leaves Madison ready to find her new forever home, too. Madison is a sweet girl with a tad bit of an attitude - we guess shes allowed, shes been through a lot! Shes a beautiful girl, inspired by good food and kind gestures. She can get over-stimulated but its not a huge problem if you are in tune to her signals - when she gets to the point that shes had enough attention, shell tell you. But please, dont let that little character trait dissuade you from considering her - she really is a lovely girl with lots of love to give. We just need potential adopters to know she has her limits (for now, she may in time sing a totally different song) and that because of this, wed prefer that she go to a home with either no children or at least older children who can read her signals. Madison is good with other cats but pretty much likes to be by herself - shes kind of independent that way. She has not been tested with dogs (weve had no opportunity for that at this point in time). Shes food motivated and loves her wet cat food - LOVES her wet cat food! Her approximate DOB is 4/16/21. So, are you ready to meet her?
