Beautiful Penne is a timid girl who likes to hang out with calm, friendly cats.  She is more of an observer than a doer so enjoys watching activity in the cat room.  A quiet home would probably best for her with a friendly, calm cat or her son, Tortellini, as a housemate.   Penne has an estimated birth date of May 2, 2020.  She has been vet checked, spayed, is up to date with vaccines and on flea prevention.  We ask a donation of $25 cash special for July.
