Perla is a small-ish lab mix (about 30lbs) who came to Husky House all the way from Puerto Rico with her daughter, Sophie. Perla was in a foster home, but came back when her foster had to move. She is described by her foster mom as sweet, affectionate, playful, great on walks and crate trained. She has been assessed at Garden State Veterinary Specialists due to her having cloudy eyes, the vets expressed her condition is cosmetic and does not impact her eye site at all. Perla can be anxious around people, especially men and children, but when given the space to meet them at her own pace she loves almost everyone!
