Charlie is the luckiest dog from Memphis, Tennessee! He was found on the street and looks to have spent most of his life outside. He had a long journey to get to the PNW. He went on ground transport from Memphis to San Antonio then Pacos Rescue Network flew him to Portland where he is being fostered with a senior dog. He has been around kids and other dogs and does great.

***He can catch a ride to Washington for meet and greets!

His foster mom says that hes a sweet boy, is house trained and crate trained. He loves his walks and doesnt pull while wearing a harness.

We think he is about 3-4 years old and he weighs 55 lbs. 

His adoption fee is $550 and includes transport, vaccinations, neuter and microchip.
