Look towards the sky, and you’ll see this big guy shining bright! Dipper is a lovable pup that was abandoned with his sister, Mabel, on the streets of Olmos Park. While their background is a mystery, one thing is certain…they are as sweet as can be! Wherever they came from, it is clear that they were well-socialized. Dipper loves everyone he meets from the tallest of adults to the smallest of kids. He walks well on a leash and is extremely food motivated, too, so training sessions shouldn’t be hard. Weighing in at 37 pounds at just six months of age, we anticipate he will be the perfect jumbo cuddle bug to whoever adopts him! With his size and striking good looks, Dipper strongly resembles a Black Mouth Cur mix–a large, intelligent and energetic breed with a hardworking mentality. This kiddo will appreciate a home with lots of room to play and plenty of people to give him love and affection! Dipper also enjoys the company of other dogs and has become best buds with the resident canine in his foster home. He is always ready to join in on all of the family activities—from sunbathing, to swimming, to exploring the neighborhood, to cuddling up and watching Netflix! We know Dipper would make a wonderful family companion once he finds his people. If you’re looking for a big ol’ lug of love, submit an application to meet Dipper today!
