Meet Bean!

Tiny Bean has had a pretty tough start to his short life. He is only one year old but this first year of his life has been less than great for him. He was not treated kindly by his previous owners and shows signs of abuse as well as starvation. When he first arrived with us he was so terrified and did not want us anywhere near him. He has been in a loving foster home for the past month and is doing very well now.

In his foster home he has learned how lovely humans can be! Slowly but surely hes warming up and coming out of his shell. He is a super snuggler who really loves his person - much like most chihuahuas he attaches easily and loves hard.

Bean is good with dogs and cats and really needs another furry little sibling in his forever home. He also needs humans who will be patient with him and understand how much hes gone through. While he is friendly with kids, due to his teeny tiny body and previous trauma, to be safe it would be best for him to go to a child-free home.

Bean loves to be carried around everywhere but is learning that going for walks is fun! Hes also doing very well with potty pad and crate training. We would love to see him with an experienced small dog owner, who can lovingly show him a happier life.

Bean is vaccinated, chipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $395.

We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495. Thank you for stepping up to save a life!
