Norm was brought to the shelter as a stray. He is a very friendly boy that loves attention. Norm is borderline diabetic, he is on a strictly wet food diet and his diabetes’s is well managed as long as he does not get into dry food. He would do well as an only cat so he can have all of the attention to himself. He will require regular vet checks to ensure that he remains healthy.
