Meet Hopper! This cute lil man was trapped at a local cat colony.
The first thing we noticed after catching Hopper was that he is actually missing a back foot! We believe he was born that way and it doesn’t slow him down at all.
He started out very nervous here but is slowly but surely opening up. He loves chin pats and belly/ear scritches, and when you hit a good spot he’ll drool everywhere! He also loves to play with toys and his neighboring kitty friends.

Because of Hop’s background, he will take time to adjust to a new home and will need a patient owner. If you can wait out his nervousness, you’ll be rewarded with a sweet, gentle man of a kitty.

His lack of hind foot does not inhibit his ability to move/jump/etc. On his functional leg, he has no hip socket. This doesn’t require any extra care at this time, but will likely make him more prone to arthritis as he ages.
It is essential that Hopper maintains a lean weight throughout his life.

Other Cats: yes!
Dogs: likely would prefer a home without large or energetic dogs
Kids: respectful teens 16+ who understand that he is very shy at first

DOB: ~Winter 2021
All Spicy Cats are spayed/neutered and UTD on vaccines prior to adoption.
