Buddy has a beautiful, white ring around his collar! This young man is about 3 years old and loves laps.  He was found near a school where someone most likely dumped him. Buddy is playful, cute, and a love bug.  He would like to be an only cat but would consider other laid back cats ok. He has not been exposed to dogs in his current foster home. Buddy has been tested, neutered, micro-chipped, and is current on vaccinations.  All he needs is a forever home to call his own!
