Hi, my name is Hugo. I was found with my siblings in a ditch during a hurricane. It was a very scary time for me. I am a sweet boy who loves attention.  My foster mom gives good belly rubs, and I will run over to her and roll over hoping to get some good rubs. I am very active and playful with my siblings. I would love to have a home of my very own soon!  

Are you interested in adopting Hugo or another JCAPL pet you have seen? Youll need to start by completing an adoption application, available online at our website: www.jcapl.org. There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received.

Completed applications can be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center).
