Mr. Ruggles was found as a stray where a kind woman had been feeding him for two months.  He was very happy to be rescued and immediately snuggled in next to his rescuer for attention and comfort.

Mr. Ruggles is a very sweet boy. He seems to have had a rough life in the past and will need a quiet and patient home where he can be his true loving self.  He is a bit shy and may take a little longer to settle into a new environment. He appreciates a gentle touch from his human and will soon melt into their hand.  This sweet boy just needs a furrever home that will give him a life of love and happiness.  Due to his shyness, he will do best in a home with no children or dogs.

Mr Ruggles has been neutered, vaccinated, tested for FeLV/FIV/HW (negative) and microchipped. His adoption fee is $225 + tax.
