Phil is such an adorable German Shepherd mix who started off life in the shelter as the runt of the litter, and after spending several months in foster care has grown to an amazing puppy.  Phil’s DOB is 3/2/2023.
Foster mom says he does great with her Great Dane, but is very rough with her small dogs.  He lives with cats, who just know to avoid his rambunctious puppy-ness.
Phil needs to find his forever home!  His $300 adoption fee covers all current shots and preventatives, neuter, and microchip.
