To set up a dog meeting, please email HollywoodHuskiesRescue@gmail.com to request an adoption application. All of our dogs are in individual foster homes in various locations. Meetings with dogs are by appointment only upon completion of the adoption application. 

If you’re interested in adopting, please:
A) email hollywoodhuskiesrescue@gmail.com with the name of the specific dog in the subject to request an adoption form by email 
Or 
B) download the adoption form directly from our website at www.hollywoodhuskies.org and email it back to us ASAP.
