Coal is an 8 year old lab mix that is heartworm positive. We have started the slow kill heartworm treatment here at the shelter. If interested in adoption please contact your vet about heartworm kill treatment, as it will adopters responsibility after the adoption. If there are other dogs or children in the household we recommend they meet before the adoption. Coal will be fully vaccinated and neutered before leaving BCAS.
