Tuco is a loving boy approaching his "senior" years, and is hoping for a family of his own who will be a light at the end of the tunnel. Through a series of bad luck, Tuco has spent the majority of his life in and out of the world of shelters and rescues. We desperately do not want his story to end in the same fashion. Senior dogs deserve the whole world, and Tuco is certainly no exception. Tuco loves people, including people hes never met. No signs of stranger danger here! He wants all your love, attention, and affection. Tuco is used to being crated when unsupervised and would do best in a home that will continue to crate him when he is home alone. He has previously been in a foster home with a cat, and didnt mind the cat. Tuco does need to be the only dog in his home. While we have taken him to adoption events and pack walks with other dogs where he has plenty of space between himself and other dogs, this big man needs to be the only big man in his forever home. Tuco walks well on a leash, looks pretty funny in photographs with his short, muscular legs and astronomically large blockhead, rides well in the car, and as long as hes getting plenty of lovin, will probably be the most chill dude you know. Can you be the chance he needs? Apply today at www.sfcva.org to meet Tuco!
