Description: 
Fernando is a sweet and loving dog that will be very shy when you first meet him.  He is very quiet and dignified.  He is not a barker, and is scared of new situations.  He takes treats gently from your hand-trust me he enjoys his treat!  He is not aggressive at all and would make a wonderful companion for a loving family.  We took him to the beach and he enjoyed being in a different environment beside the shelter.
