Frankie is a sweet energetic boy with a great deep bark which he only uses when necessary.  He has some kind of hound in his blood line as he can howl like a Basset hound.  He is well behaved and loves to play.

Frankie was rescued from certain death after he was seized by police due to cruelty charges.  Even after being treated so badly he is loving and sweet.  

Now he needs a good caring owner to teach him good manners and let him live a happy life.
