Meet Jack! Jack was found at a managed feral cat colony in Elk Grove. The feeder of this colony knows her cats very well and knew Jack was new to the colony. Jack was initially terrified and clearly out of place. The feeder was able to gain his trust and scoop him up. As soon as she took jack home and held him, he started purring away! Jack warmed up to indoor life quickly and we are so glad to have him in rescue. Jack can still be intimidated by loud noises and retreat to a hiding spot if he is afraid (can you blame him?). Jack will need a home that is willing to be patient with him while he gains his confidence back. Jack has taken to the resident kitties at his foster home and would do fabulous as a companion kitty! Jack is a sweet boy and we cant wait to see him in his forever home! If you are interested in Jack, please reach out to the phone numbers listed below. Jack is FELV-, treated for parasites, neutered and microchipped.
