Please welcome Maverick to our rescue! Maverick is a 2 year old Piebald husky! Maverick was saved from Miami Dade Animal Services, where he was originally picked up as a stray. Maverick was really in rough shape when he ended up at the shelter he sadly had bite wounds all around his ears and neck area that are now healing. Even though Maverick has a rough past, he still is a really sweet boy who loves people. Maverick has a goofy personality and he loves to snuggle. Maverick is dog friendly and he would love to go to a home with another dog. He walks well on a leash, but we are working on basic commands. He needs a loving home who will continue to socialize him and give him exercise. Maverick is completely potty trained, and he is not destructive so he does not need to be crated when alone. This boy loves to give kisses, and he is a huge snuggler. He is a really special boy who is extremely affectionate. He has a great personality and he will steal your heart the second you meet him.
