I am dog selective, so I would have to meet the dog in your home to make sure we get along. 
I am not a fan of Cats. 
I do REQUIRE a 6 foot fence, as I can jump high. 
Id prefer kiddos over the age of 14. I just dont trust the littles to be kind, as they were not in my previous home. he has seen a trainer, there has been some behavioral issues that will need addressed with applicant on how to succeed with him.
