Meet Little Man. He is a young adult, born around 11/10/20, which makes him about 3 years old. Little Man is a short haired handsome black and white tuxedo with a sweet, playful personality. He is fixed and up to date on his vaccines.

He was brought into his current foster family at approximately two years old. When he first arrived in his foster parents’ lives, he was extremely ill with FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) and immediately needed daily injections of medication for 3 months. This was incredibly hard on him, as his first years were as a neighborhood cat. He didnt understand that what we were all doing was to save his life. This caused him to have some trust issues for a few months after the injections stopped. That being said, his turnaround is unlike anything weve ever seen. He has long since finished his treatment, has been monitored, and tested. He was considered “cured” on June 15th, 2023.

Now to the good stuff!!

He adores affection and will always want to be the center of attention, when hes not exploring new areas to sniff and play, of course. He has no idea what to do with a laser pointer which is actually pretty hilarious. He is a vocal little man who will let you know how hes feeling, be it curious, hungry, or overall loved and relaxed. He is an absolute cuddle monster when he trusts his person. Hes also extremely food oriented and it makes toys that hide treats very entertaining. In the time he has spent as a foster, he has been lightly socialized with our other cats and that is why we can confidently say that his ideal forever-home would be a quiet, single-cat space with a human(s) who understands the challenges and rewards of supporting the socialization of a cat who didn’t grow up as a domestic pet. In the time he has spent as a foster, he has grown dramatically in his ability to interact with his people, and craves attention and play. The love he has to give is endless and he has so much more to learn from someone who can give him the time and space he truly deserves to be spoiled in. If youre looking for a new best friend who has a heart bigger than even he knows what to do with, then he might be the one for you.
