Cargo was an abandoned dog that a Good Samaritan fostered for awhile, but he is now looking for his forever while temporarily residing here at our shelter. Not only is he handsome, quiet, and mostly house-trained, he also has lots of energy and would likely be a great running buddy!  He is ok with some other dogs, we are unsure of cats, and would be best with no or older children.  Cargo is strong, give you a head start in all of your tandem races, yet definitely wind up the winner!!  Do you have interest in this sweet & spirited guy?
