Description:
Very friendly. Was found outside in rain. Not sure how long he/she was out in the cold. Let him/her into my truck with the heat on. Called milford police department. An officer had me follow to the "Pound". Dog was put in pound by officer. White fur around neck and down stomach. white paws. black every where else. Seemed to respond to "come", "stay", and "Sit".
