Blonde with black nose and white markings. Acts distrustful but friendly and calm. No collar. Looks as if he's been outside for a bit: he's thin & dirty/smelly. Saw him outside near my apartment by himself a couple times. Was woken up at midnight by howling and whining near my patio. Turned out to be this guy and figured he was either lost or a stray. Taking him to see if he's chipped, I hope he cooperates with a car ride????
Description:
No injuries noted but looks to have several small scars. Has pests.
