APET Rescue strives to find wonderful forever homes for every animal that enters our facility. We are a private, non-profit (501(c)3) limited-intake shelter, located on Edwards AFB. APET is newly re-orienting (2022) to put animal welfare first, above adoption counts or any other bench marks. All pets who enter our care are ensured attentive care and love for as long as it takes to find the RIGHT home for that pet. Note: we are currently arranging all meet-and-greet/adoption counseling appointments in advance. Please reach out to set up a time! If you do NOT have access to Edwards AFB, additional accommodations/planning steps will be needed.
