ACTion Programs for Animals (APA) is a progressive animal welfare group in Las Cruces, NM. We run an adoption center as well as a thrift store. We rescue most of our animals from the municipal shelter and rehab and ready them for adoption. We are one of the largest animal-welfare groups in Dona Ana County. We offer dogs, cats, and kittens for adoption on a regular basis. We also run the PAWS prison training program, from which most of our dogs are graduates.
