The mission of A.R.F.S is to assist pets that are lost, found and/or abandoned. We are committed to helping the animals get back home or to a rescue facility that can help find them a perfect forever home. We will partner with area rescues and other members of our community to do our best to ensure a happy ending and to validate our motto of, “It Takes A Village”.
