Buddy & Friends Animal Rescue is a 501(c)3 non-profit, all-volunteer organization based in Pembroke, MA. We are NOT a shelter facility and rely solely on the backbone of our rescue which is fosters and volunteers. We exist to rescue and re-home unwanted, abandoned pets and place them in loving furever homes. We take pride in educating the public on rescue dogs and the spay/neuter crisis in the south. We pull animals from McNairy Humane Society in TN. Each year, approximately 1.5 million shelter animals are euthanized (670,000 dogs and 860,000 cats). Our end goal is the same of many other rescues to provide a furever happy home to our animals. All donations to support the rescue efforts are tax deductible.
