Carl’s Cats, Inc. is comprised of a group of dedicated volunteers whose purpose is to improve the lives of Community Cats, to spay and neuter to ensure population control, to adopt out socialized cats and kittens, and to educate the community concerning best practices when dealing with Community Cats.
