About our services \tWe operate the sheltering facility for East Baton Rouge Animal Enforcement. By law dogs & cats are held\xa03 days, and for 5 days if they have ID such as tags or microchips. Horses & other livestock are held for 5 days after which they are available for adoption. We encourage you to visit daily looking for your lost pet as Enforcement operates 24 hours per day all over the Parish responding to lost and injured pet incidents. Over 12,000 pets enter the system annually from an area of approximately 420,000 citizens.
