East Texas Hoof and Paw Animal Rescue is a nonprofit organization that serves Polk County and the surrounding areas of Texas. We are a foster based rescue with foster homes in Texas and Iowa. We aim to help the overwhelming stray population, as well as animals in high kill shelters.
