We are rescue organization rescuing dogs from the southern states and finding them homes in Ontario. Because the dogs are situated in foster homes in Texas while they await vetting and transport, we do not want them to have to go to a second (or even third, depending on the situation in TX) foster home upon arriving to Toronto. For this reason, adoptions must be finalized prior to transport, and adopters are to pick up their dogs directly from transport in Buffalo, NY.
