We are the Humane Society of New Braunfels Area, Inc. We are a non-profit organization that helps the animals of Comal County. We house animals for Comal County and the City of New Braunfels. We also assist in relocating lost animals back with owners, and finding life time homes for our adoptable animals. We work very closely with wildlife rescue, reputable rescue organizations, and other local animal shelters. We currently advertise our Pet of the Week in the New Braunfels Herald-Zeitung, and the New Braunfels Radio Station. During school sessions we offer educational programs to elementary grade students. We also offer field trips to our Humane Society, so children can receive a hand -on experience. We have served as a disaster relief shelter for hundreds of animals during hurricanes and or floods.
