The Mission of the Montgomery County SPCA is to provide protection, care and shelter to homeless, abused and neglected animals; and to promote public awareness about spaying and neutering, as well as proper pet care. Our Vision is to create a better tomorrow for all companion animals. We strive to provide readily-available education, affordable spay/neuter programs, state-of-the-art shelter care, and comprehensive adoption programs.
