We are a small, volunteer based animal rescue group in North Mississippi. New Beginnings Animal Rescue is a no-kill organization whose primary purpose is to relieve animal shelters of over crowding by re-homing adoptable companion animals, providing foster care until they can be matched with permanent loving homes, and to educate the public about the problems of over-population by providing information about the importance of spaying and neutering.
