The Friends of the Northumberland County Animal Shelter (FNCAS) is a public nonprofit, all volunteer organization dedicated to the support of the Northumberland County Animal Shelter. With the FNCAS partnership, the Shelter has exceeded industry standards as a “no-kill” shelter with a live release rate of 96% in 2019. FNCAS is committed to supporting our county’s pets and enables the Shelter to provide a warm and safe place for wonderful animals until they find their forever homes.
