Adoption fees are $175.00 ($200.00 for pure breds and Pitt Bulls) and includes sterilization and vaccines. All fees go to the immediate rescue of other abandoned/neglected/surrendered animals. OWC has NO paid employees. \tDonations are always accepted. We are not funded by any outside/government agencies. Shelter and rescue\xa0operations are stricly made possible through the generosity of caring individuals. We ARE currently (and have been) a registered 501(c)3 \tOur shelter dogs are happy and well cared for. They have large kennel areas and are never crated.
