Point Paws, the Animal Welfare Committee of the Borough of Point Pleasant, is a Mayoral Appointed Committee that handles the Trap Neuter and Return Program for the Borough.\xa0 We socialize kittens and adopt them,\xa0along with\xa0any friendly cats who are not reclaimed, out to forever loving homes.\xa0 Feral cats are altered, tested, vaccinated, ear-tipped, micro-chipped and returned to their colony which are overseen by colony caretakers who provide food, water and shelter.
