Save-An-Angel is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing dogs and cats from at-risk situations in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma and relocating them to no-kill shelters and rescue organizations throughout the United States. Founded in October 2009 by the parents of an American Dingo named Angel, the organization began as a successful fundraising campaign to provide an expensive, life-saving bone marrow transplant for Angel, who was diagnosed with Canine Lymphoma. Save-An-Angel has since expanded its original mission and is now primarily dedicated to rehoming shelter pets through our Operation Relocation program, a network of cross-country shelter and rescue partners working together to give homeless dogs and cats a renewed chance at life. With a nod to its beginnings, the organization also provides educational resources for canine cancer prevention and treatment. To learn more about Save-An-Angel, visit www.Save-An-Angel.org.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
